Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive Proposals from qualified organizations to implement drug checking services using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometers with immunoassay strips to rapidly and accurately analyze substances at point-of-care sites in the Kelowna Area. These services are to be designed to accommodate Interior Health clients and the general public. The Client Profile includes:
• People who use substances from a variety of demographics and backgrounds (i.e. those most affected by the toxic drug crisis)
