Description

RECREATIONAL SERVICES

The project objective is to obtain professional expertise in preparing a comprehensive and sustainable Parks & Recreation Master Plan for the Town of Saint Andrews.

This project will include a complete review of all current recreational related facilities and programs. This review must include the network of trails within the Municipality, all facilities, and programs available to the public. The final Master Plan must provide recommendations for recreational facilities (including trails) and programs for a minimum 10-year period (2024 - 2034). The new Parks & Recreation Master Plan must promote facilities and programs that address diversity, remove
barriers, promote wellness for all ages, address current gaps in services and provide accessibility to all.

The Town would like to further enhance our recreational offerings by using underutilized facilities and spaces within the community.
