2024-15-7250 - Food and Beverage Vending Services

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
1.2.1. Supplying the vending machines and association product to the facilities noted on the attached Schedule A. The City of Cold Lake to designate the location of each vending machine within City facilities.
1.2.2. Management, operation, and maintenance of all vending machines.
1.2.3. Regular stocking of product, including timely product replenishment, and frequent stocking during major facility events.
1.2.4. Stock will include, but not limited to, a variety of healthy choice options.
1.2.5. Including all costs for product, refunds, equipment supply, installation, and maintenance, and repair of the equipment.
1.2.6. Potential for expanding the service to additional facilities, as required.
1.2.7. Vending machines to be equipped with card readers (debit and credit), with cash option.
1.2.8. Vending units, at any time, will be no more than 10 years old.
1.2.9. No food & beverage combination units.
1.2.10. The area of each unit should be no greater than 36”x36”.
