Will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, Monday, May 6, 2024.

The Work generally consists of supply and installation of 330 meters of 150mm diameter PVC water main by open cut trenching, installation of 150mm valves and fittings, supply and installation of 200mm diameter HDPE DR11 water main and 300mm steel casing through a CN Rail embankment using a slip-bore installation method, and flushing and pressure testing. The work also includes subgrade preparation, supply and installation of granular base course and hot-mix asphalt for road surfacing and restoration of residential streets.

Tender Documents may be obtained electronically after 2:00 P.M., Monday, April 22, 2024.

A Pre-Tender Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams, to discuss the project parameters and address questions from potential bidders. Requests for the virtual Microsoft Teams meetings login information shall be made to Kelly Stovra at kelly.stovra@bareng.ca.

The Tender submission must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond and Consent of Surety as well as a Certificate of Recognition as described in the “Instructions to Bidders”.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed to be most favourable to The Owner, as described in the “Instructions to Bidders”.
