The Owner invites Bids from qualified contractors for construction of the work, which includes, in general terms, the following scope:

1. 1. Construction of a new 490m2 wood-frame single-story pavilion building.
  2. Site development, including: rough and finished grading, new service connections, new walkways, new landscaping, and other developments.
