Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires a Supplier capable of the supply and delivery of bus parts for various make and models of Buses on an as, if, and when required basis.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement(s) will be for an initial term of two (2) years.
The Agreement(s) may be renewed three (3) additional time for two (2) years each. Total length of Agreement not to exceed eight (8) years.
