Lakeland College invites General Contractors to provide submissions, in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described in this RFP, for the Construction Management as Constructor Services (including Pre-Construction services, Construction and post-Construction services, and associated construction work, and Commissioning Services) required for the Lakeland College Dorm Kitchen Renovation at their Lloydminster, AB Campus. Per the above, project delivery shall be General Contracting, however, the project will receive collaborative guidance by way of a Project Management Team comprised of a Consultant and Project Owner. The ‘PMT’ will support strategy, and provide continuous cost monitoring and controls.
Lakeland College is requesting submissions from General Contractors for the demolition and refinishing of the Lakeland College Lloydminster AB Dorm Kitchens.
