Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit written proposals from accredited inspection agencies to provide inspection services and complex plan reviews within the County of St. Paul No. 19. The County requires a qualified Safety Code Services Provider for inspection services in the building, plumbing, electrical, gas, and private sewage disposal system disciplines and maintain the level of service outlined in the County’s Quality Management Plan (QMP).

The County will contract the successful firm for the services presented for a term of four (4) years commencing on April 1st, 2024 and expiring on March 31st, 2028. The County shall reserve the right to extend the term of the contract for an additional one-year term, if mutually agreed on by the parties.

If the County receives a proposal acceptable to it, the County will select one (1) or more parties who submitted a proposal (the “Proponents”) with whom the County, in its sole and unfettered discretion, will negotiate regarding the terms of a contract (the “Contract”) to perform the Work.
