Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary requires the services of a qualified proponent to perform operation and maintenance on The City’s rain gauge network for the rainfall monitoring program. Link to access the event in ARIBA: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/18145020
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for a Term of three (3) years.
