Description

1. This RFPQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. This prequalification is to develop a list of suppliers that are qualified and able to provide custom operator seats that meet the required specifications for Calgary Transit (CT).
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. This is a pre-qualification and won't lead to any contract.
