Description

Civida is seeking qualified suppliers for appliance repair services for a multitude of properties, comprising of apartments and townhouses (2023 Civida Managed Properties - Google My Maps). These services will be required on an as and where needed basis upon the request of Civida. These requests will be issued through a work order sent by the property management team for their respective property district.

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of Civida to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to twelve (12) months each.
