Description

This Market Sounding Exercise (the “MSE”) is to initiate engagement with industry and seek input and open dialogue to bring vendor perspectives and market insights into its thinking for a potential future state for Digital Recruitment Modernization in the OPS.
Scope of Work
The Digital Recruitment Modernization initiative will deliver a faster, better, more strategic recruitment process, allowing the OPS to be better positioned in a competitive labour market. A modern OPS talent acquisition solution will provide a seamless and intuitive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers with optimized recruitment processes and service delivery approaches, enabled by technology.
