Description

The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced service providers for Place-Based Supportive Housing Services for the Coordinated Care Campus with a focus on a recovery-oriented system of care. Provincial funding has been provided to Grande Prairie since 2009, to enable evidence-based intervention in homelessness through Housing First.
A key component of Grande Prairie’s response to homelessness is represented by the Coordinated Care Campus, which offers one-hundred and six (106) units of housing. Sixty-three (63) Coordinated Care Campus units are licensed under the Supportive Living Accommodations Act, with the remaining forty-three (43) units offered as affordable housing units.
