Description

The Project will provide Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) targeted toward unemployed or marginally employed Albertan youth (18-24) in Wetaskiwin and surrounding areas. Services will be tailored to meet the needs of youth facing barriers to employment while connecting the participants to prospective employers.

Services will be delivered in an individualized and culturally sensitive manner to respond to the unique needs of the individual. Services will focus on developing skills to address and overcome identified barriers, enhancing strategies to obtain and maintain employment and making meaningful connections to employers needing to fill jobs.
