Description

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") issued by the Town of Picture Butte (the "Town") is to solicit the best overall proposals for consulting services (the "Proponent") to analyze and create a Regional Emergency Management system involving all the partners described in the RFP. This process will include all associated agreements, bylaws, risk assessment, municipal emergency plans, training, and exercises.
