Description

This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals for Professional Coaching Services as outlined in this document. Proposals are expected to address the components listed in the following sections.

AIMCo is looking to establish a list of pre-qualified vendor partners to provide professional coaching services to a variety of leader levels across the organization when needed. This may include new managers, mid and senior level leaders, as well as executives. In addition AIMCo is looking to establish a list of pre-qualified vendor partners to develop and deliver leadership training programs for different leadership levels, teams and departments.

AIMCo is looking for 2 separate needs to be filled.
• The first is for professional coaching services to be delivered to a variety of employee levels across the organization when needed. This may include individual contributors, new managers, mid and senior level leaders, as well as executives. This includes the ability to provide 360 Assessment services and debrief of the assessment.
• The second is for leadership development programs to be provided. A key deliverable would be for the leadership development programming to be ready for a March 2024 launch.
