Description

Provide on-site technical support for troubleshooting and repairs within one (1) hour for all equipment listed.

Provide emergency break down service for all listed equipment 24 hours per day, 365 days per year call in by Facility Manager or his/her representative.

Computers are located within the facility and also reside at remote locations for monitoring, receiving alarms and making changes to equipment set points or resetting.
