Description

The purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice (“APN”) is to provide interestedparties with preliminary information regarding the Project and its objectives, as wellas in regards to the competitive procurement process which Canada expects toundertake for the purposes of developing and executing the delivery of theAlexandra Bridge Replacement Project, using a progressive design-build deliverymodel. This APN is not part of the Procurement Process, and does not constitute abid solicitation, tender or procurement process of any kind in respect of the Project.No agreement or contract will be entered into based on this APN.
