Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 2 , 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide cost-effective maintenance and minor improvement services for the Crown owned portfolio in accordance with the Annex A Statement of Work. There is an optional teleconference associated with this requirement. The optional teleconference will be held on December 19th, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in English and also December 20th, 2023 at 13:00 pm EST in French. Please confirm attendance for one of the two meetings. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 15th, 2023 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
