Description

The Department of National Defence, CFB Halifax, NS is seeking offers from Offerors to provide complete janitorial services for multiple buildings located at CFB Halifax. The period of the contract is from February 01, 2024 for a two-year period with an option to extend the contract by three additional one-year period. It is optional, but strongly recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on December 13, 2023. To attend the site visit Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 14:00pm AST on December 10, 2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. This document contains a security requirement.
