Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for training on methods of Fresh Whole Blood (FWB) collection, and potential complications, and whole blood donation eligibility screening and testing for deploying Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members on expeditionary operations.
