Description

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the rental of a Highway Tractor Trailer on an “as and when requested” basis to the Department of National Defence. The term of the standing offer will be for one year, with two one-year option periods.

Basis of Selection. For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for issuance of a standing offer.

Communication. Questions specific to the technical requirements of this solicitation must only be sent through the Event Messages board of this solicitation. All amendments to this solicitation will be posted in the Event Messages board in SAP Ariba. Debriefing. Bidders my request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
