PWGSC, on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada, is issuing this Request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer including delivery, installation, training and commissioning located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
