This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies) and level(s) of expertise:
• Level 3 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1.2)

Description of Work:
The purpose of this Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requirement is to acquire the services of TWO (2) LEVEL 3 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1.2) on an “as and when requested” basis for a estimated level of effort of 100 days each with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The estimated level of effort for each option year is 100 days per consultant.

Minimum Resource Security Required: Multi-level (FA2 & ERS) RCMP Clearance is required, as per the SRCL of the Solicitation.
