Description

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking proposals from bidders to submit bids for this sourcing event for our future Printing Solution. As of January 2024 NAIT has 4 print production pieces of equipment which have reached the end of life and will no longer be supported by the manufacturer. NAIT is looking for qualified bidders who can remove and dispose of the current Black and White print presses, and Lease supply new equipment and toner, deliver, install, commission, provide training, maintenance and support for replacement units that would be required to meet our organizational needs. The lease model will be an all-inclusive service model to include Lease Fees, Service and Repairs, and non-paper consumables as further identified in the Requirements.
