Description

The Village of Cumberland is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for one (1) New High Flow Compact Track Loader and requested options.

The Village seeks to purchase a machine that meets the technical and functional requirements for use that includes street and forest road shoulder mowing, right of way and dam face vegetation management, and snow ploughing. This Compact Track Loader will also be used to lift and move pallets, handle gravel and topsoil material, with potential future uses that include asphalt road milling for asphalt repairs, snow blowing in our commercial lanes, and operating a box grader for gravel lanes.
