Description

The project consists of roadway reconstruction, installation of new
bi-directional bike lanes, concrete sidewalks, share- used pathways,
curb and gutters, EPCOR Low-Impact-Design features, LED street
lighting and landscaping. The overall project will improve the existing
pedestrian accessibility within the neighborhood and prompt
non-vehicle travel options for local residents.
●Intended Construction Completion: October 4, 2025 (plus warranty period)
● Warranty Period: 2 years after CCC
