M4500-3-3345 - Remoted Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS)

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for seven (7) Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) to be delivered to Fredericton, NB. The requirement is detailed under the “Requirement” at Annex A.All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2023.Basis of selection:A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. In the event that two or more bids are identical (i.e. the same value and the lowest priced), the Bidder offering the earliest delivery date will be given preference.Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at:ATL_Procurement@rcmp-grc.gc.caRefer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.
