Description

The Peace River Regional District is seeking an independent contractor to fill the Caretaker position at Blackfoot Regional Park located at 2098 Rolla Road in Clayhurst, BC on the banks of the Peace River. The Park consists of 40 campsites, a caretaker administration/storage building, an activity area (including playground and horseshoe pits), outhouses and other amenities. The Park Caretaker responsibilities may be filled by an individual or shared by a couple meeting specific requirements. A campsite has been prepared for seasonal use for the successful proponent, which includes an RV site with electrical, sewer, water services, and phone and internet services and will be provided for use at no cost. The successful Park Caretaker will be responsible for providing their own accommodation in which to live, such as a motorhome or pull-behind trailer.
