Description

With this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) North Island College is soliciting complete and detailed quotations for the following:

The installation of two HVAC rooftop units and associated work to ensure operation and integration into the roofing project. Flashing to curbs is outside of this scope.

The purchase of the two HVAC rooftop units, Trane DHC060H3RMB D0D1A1B and one Energy Recovery Ventilator Greenheck: ERVe-20-15L has been completed and the units are projected to be on site March 2023. All ducting and preparation will need to be completed prior to the arrival of the physical units.

Substantial project completion is required by March 15, 2023. Access to the building may be limited to evenings and weekends during regular College operations and during the day from Saturday December 24, 2022 – Monday January 2, 2023. Outside of these specified timeframes the building must have a heat source suitable for occupancy.
