RFPQ #C22-004 - Information Technology Services Roster

Cybera's ShareIT program, on behalf of participating members, is inviting experienced and qualified Providers to pre-qualify for an IT Services Roster within one or more categories.

Proponents may submit a response for any number of the five service categories. Proponents are not required to submit a response for every service category. The number of service categories a Proponent submits a response for will not be taken into consideration when evaluating responses. Nonetheless, should a Proponent be a successful Provider on the prequalified roster, the Proponent will only be on the roster for the service category in which they are pre-qualified.

The objective of this RFPQ is to confirm the Providers capability and depth of resources in order to create a pre–qualified list of Providers who are able to provide competitive pricing and will respond promptly to Second Stage Procurement Initiatives from Participating Members.
The objective of building a roster of qualified Providers is to:
• Increase Member access to qualified Providers, and may consider regional needs;
• Reduce and contain the costs of professional services and reduce administrative efforts through readily accessible Services;
• Maintain the quality of Services through an ongoing evaluation tool and performance evaluation mechanism; and
• Reduce service quality risk by evaluating and reporting performance, and confirming eligibility requirements and credentials.

The IT Services Roster will have five (5) categories of Services as further described in Appendix B - The Deliverables.
Category 1: Cybersecurity Services
Category 2: IT Project Management
Category 3: Development and Operations Services
Category 4: Network Services
Category 5: Infrastructure Services

The validity period of the pre-qualified list will be for three (3) years with an option by Cybera to extend for an additional two (2) years.
Further requests for Pre-Qualification will not be published during the validity period.
