The service requirement has been previously solicited twice. No tenders that conform to the essential requirements of the tender documentation were received in response to either of the previous requests for proposals. Therefore, in accordance with Limited Tendering Reasons Contained in the Trade Agreements, a valid limited tendering reason exists. The Contracting Authority will deviate from the procedural obligation related to:

Part Description

An unserviceable Brake Assembly, removed from a CL600-2B16 (Challenger 604)

604-85123-101 [VPN 5012333] .

Component received must be in-compliance with Vendor Bulletin VB5012333-32-02 INTRODUCTION OF NEW HEAT STACK WITH TUNGSTEN-CARBIDE COATED ROTOR CHANNELS.
