Description

ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to enter into an agreement for the supply and technical support of 3D printers for the division. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RSO).
It is ECSD’s intent to award to one, possibly two proponents. ECSD reserves the right to award in whole, partially or defer if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.
The agreement will have an initial term of two (2) years commencing upon award, with an additional two (2), one (1) year possible renewal options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This RSO will not exceed four (4) years total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion, be the only determiner of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted.
