Description

The Grande Spirit Foundation is constructing up to 4 new duplexes in Debolt, AB for seniors’ self-contained housing in the community. The parking lot, underground utilities and roadwork have been completed for two of the 4 duplexes, and the first duplex was installed in the summer of 2022. The parking lot, underground utilities, sitework and building pads are to be extended to accommodate 2 additional duplexes as specified in the drawings and specifications accompanying the tender. The Foundation would like to complete the work in Fall of 2022, with landscaping to be completed in 2023. Work to be completed includes:
• Complete pad, gravel base and install utility risers for Southwest Building.
• Sitework and Pads for Northeast and Southeast buildings
• Extend underground services to Northeast and Southeast Buildings
• Extension of parking lot and walkways for Northeast and Southeast Buildings
• Landscaping (top soil and seeding) for Southwest, Northeast and Southeast Buildings.
