Description

ECSD is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to enter into an agreement for the acquisition of various SMART brand products. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RSO).
The agreement will have an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for an additional one (1) year term, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. This agreement will not exceed two (2) years total. ECSD shall in its sole discretion, be the only determiner of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted.
This RFP is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RFP, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement for the proposed goods.
