Description

This RFQ is an invitation to submit offers for the following at RDP in Red Deer, AB:
a) The supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of a digital production system, and
b) The decommissioning, removal and disposal of the existing Kodak Digimaster EX-125, purchased in 2010/2011.
The system proposed can be either a “new” or a “shop/demo” unit, provided that the equipment meets the minimum specifications outlined.

Decommissioning of the Kodak Digimaster EX-125 and delivery and installation of the new system is preferred during the month of July.

It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFQ with only one (1) legal entity. RDP also intends to enter a maintenance service agreement with the selected respondent for a period up to five (5) years.

Quotes received will be evaluated via a three (or four) stage method in which the highest ranking respondent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP.
