This RFP is to select a proponent to enter into a contract to provide cafeteria services meeting the needs and requirement of ECSD.

This RFP is intended to provide proponent(s) with information such that the pricing included in any proposal will accurately reflect the requirements of ECSD with respect to:

• Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process;
• ECSD's evaluation criteria in reviewing proposals;
• Key dates related to this RFP;
