Description

The Supplier shall provide the necessary labor, tools, and equipment to complete the following essential services: • To cut all grassed areas at IWK property. • To prune trees, hedges, and bushes. • To open, maintain and winterize the irrigation system. • To provide for deep watering of trees and all grassed areas as required. • To maintain a healthy, weed and insect-free lawn throughout the facility. • To tend to all flower beds throughout the facility. • To provide vehicles and lifting equipment to move grounds-keeping equipment, materials, tables, and debris around the property or to off-site destinations. • To ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. All tools and equipment must be safe to use and be in good operating condition
