RFP # 220520 - Recruitment Services

BC Assessment is seeking a qualified recruiting firm (the "Proponent") who has a solid track record in successfully recruiting individuals at a senior leader level for organizations of a similar size and complexity as BC Assessment, with specific experience recruiting for public sector organizations. Recruitment services will be required to fill vacancies including, but not limited to, senior leader positions across the organization. Work will be provided on an as-needed basis.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a one-year General Services Agreement (GSA) with the successful proponent, with 3 one-year options to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment's sole discretion. The awarding of a Contract resulting from the RFP may be subject to funding approval and/or approval by BC Assessment's Board of Directors.
