Description

The Prince George Airport Authority is requesting proposals for Security services commencing on or about September 01, 2022.

Listed below are the important events and the target dates and times by which the items are expected to be completed:

1. Issue of Request for Proposal May 17, 2022
2. Return Receipt of Confirmation Form June 17, 2022
3. Site Visit June 17, 2022 09:30 am PST
4. Proponent's Inquiries June 22,2022
5. PGAA Response to Inquiries June 24, 2022
6. Proposal Submission Deadline July 11, 2022 16:00 pm PST
7. Evaluation Completion/Bid Award July 13, 2022

Please Note: A mandatory site tour of the premises for the purpose of examining the existing site and on-site potential difficulties will be conducted on June 17, 2022 at 09:30 am PST.
All interested parties are to meet at the Airport Combined Services Building (CSB) at the Prince George Airport - 4020 Tower Place Road, Prince George, BC.
Vendors submitting proposals who have not attended the site visit will NOT be considered for award.
A sign in sheet will be distributed at that time.
