SHOULDER REPAIRS OF BOTH SIDES OF ROUTE 950 FOR A DISTANCE OF 1.4KM

Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the shoulder repairs of route 950 on both sides for a distance of 1.4kms between exit 53 and the intersection of route 950/133, will be received until 3:00 p.m., Monday May 9th, 2022, at the Village de Cap-Pelé office:

Tender document may be obtained from Village de Cap-Pelé office, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Village de Cap-Pelé's municipal office immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act., Regulation 82-109 amended.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted, and any tender submitted after the indicated date and time will not be accepted.
