2022-048 - Mowing Preferred Supplier Agreement

The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified and experienced Vegetation Management Service providers to perform Mowing Services. The successful Proponent will provide mowing services as requested by Sturgeon County on lands owned, leased, or managed by Sturgeon County, or on private lands to enforce the Alberta Weed Control Act or Sturgeon County Bylaw 1433/19 Community Standards Bylaw.
The County is looking to prequalify licensed and professional Arborists. It is the intention of the County to enter into a three (3) year group purchasing agreement with a potential for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. This is a non-mandatory preferred supply agreement, with no guaranteed amount of work awarded and the County reserves the right to contract with any supplier for like or similar services as needed throughout the contract period. Under the resulting agreement from this opportunity, the County is looking to prequalify and contract with Three (3) suppliers to provide these services. The County reserves the right to engage with the successfully awarded proponent(s) as required throughout the agreement term at their sole and unfettered discretion.
