Description

Purpose of RFP: The purpose of this RFP is to secure a supplier to lead the recruitment of participants, host the online survey, and manage participant data associated with a 1-year or a 5-year leadership study. This study is to identify the factors that explain how leadership capabilities develop, the relative importance of these factors to leadership development, and the contingencies that make these factors more or less effective for leadership development.
