RFI C22-001 - Customer Relationship & Contract Management Solution

Cybera is seeking a user-friendly, cost-effective, scalable CRM solution to enhance our teams’
ability to collaborate and manage business relationships and external contracts in a single system
of record, as well as track performance metrics, and deliver reports and actionable data to
stakeholders. The CRM will be used to track, manage and report on Cybera’s stakeholder and
contract lifecycle, from capturing details of first meetings (leads or opportunities), to individual and
organization membership registration or contract implementation, through to ongoing tracking of
communications, service utilization, and event sign-ups.

In addition to the CRM platform, Cybera desires information regarding various implementation
options that may be available/appropriate.
This RFI seeks to gain information on available solutions for a non-profit organization that are also
compatible with a Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Drive. This information includes
not only solution descriptions, but the potential cost, the estimated time frames, and other
potential aspects, implications, and/or challenges.
