Notice is hereby given by First Nations Health Authority, of its intent to directly award an agreement with the following supplier (FreshWorks Studio Inc.) to provide Ongoing Notifications Server Services (SaaS) for FNHA's Mobile App. The solution that they are hosting for Notifications was developed by the supplier (FreshWorks Studio Inc.) and is tailored to meeting FNHA's needs.

FNHA intends to directly award a contract to FreshWorks Studio Inc. for the following services of up to 36 months starting April 01, 2022 with a possibility of extension for another 24 months.

(a) Ongoing Notifications Server Services (SaaS)

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Stephen Chan, by email before 4:00pm Pacific Time, February 07, 2022. The First Nations Health Authority will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration.
