Notice is hereby given by First Nations Health Authority, of its intent to directly award an agreement with the following supplier to provide Video Teleconferencing Software.

Zoom Video Communications
55 Almaden Blvd, 6th Floor
San Jose, CA

FNHA intends to directly award a contract to Zoom Video Communications for the following services of up to 36 months starting April 01, 2022 with a possibility of extension for another 24 months.

(a) Video Teleconferencing Software.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Stephen Chan, by email before 4:00pm Pacific Time, February 07, 2022. The First Nations Health Authority will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration.
