Island Health requires clinic space in the Regional District of Nanaimo in the community of Coombs. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 2,000 square feet of functional, quality lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this document. Targeted occupancy date: January 1, 2022 or sooner.
