Description

Invitation to qualified Respondents to supply Desktop Collaboration Products (Headsets, Webcams, USB Portable Speakerphones etc.) and Related Services. This RFQ is an invitation to the Respondent to submit a Response to provide desktop collaboration products and related services all the more particularly described in this Schedule A as AHS may require from time to time, for an initial term of three (3) years with contemplation of renewal options, on the same terms and conditions, not to exceed three (3) additional years. The Respondent must be capable of supplying all the Products & Services set out in the Request for Quotation. It is AHS’ intention to enter into an agreement with a single firm.
