Description

The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is seeking a qualified and experienced Contractor for the delivery of sports turf cultural management services.

All fields are expected to require a spring clean-up (sweeping & litter and debris removal). Other cultural maintenance services will be field prescriptive and requested as needed. The proponent need not review current field conditions/use, but rather expect to be able to perform these services for select fields identified upon contract commencement.

The project scope may include field sweeping, solid tine and core aerating to varying depths as predetermined with the Town of Okotoks representative, vertical mowing, topdressing and over seeding, hauling of materials, equipment, and disposal of waste materials such as grass sweepings. Irrigation, maintenance and chemical weed control are performed by others. Individual services are further defined in the RFP document.
