Description

The College, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal ("NRFP"), is inviting qualified firms with demonstrated experience to submit their proposal for the supply of Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services, including:

· Vendor to provide a qualified, dedicated and stable grounds team with landscaping skills;
· Vendor to meet College's needs in the most efficient and cost-effective ways;
· Vendor must adhere to the requirements of landscaping routines, standards, and administration of product application;
· Vendor can maintain an environmentally safe work and learning environment;
· Vendor should have a locally based on-call management;
· Vendor should deliver a landscaping program that fosters partnership, customer service and quality in their employees
